The purpose of a brand strategy is to set clear guidelines for how your business should be marketed, which leads to attracting more of the right customer.

  • There isn’t a one-price-fits-all answer to this question as every project has different needs. For example, Apple would need far more complex branding needs than a small business. It just wouldn’t be fair (to you or us) to price services the same for both businesses.

    A good rule of thumb is to allocate 15% of your annual revenue for the initial branding investment. After your new brand has launched, save 10% of each year’s revenue to invest into the following year’s marketing needs.

  • Our typical branding process takes 1-3 months and is contingent upon your timely feedback. Although we occasionally take on rush projects at an increased investment, we would be doing you a disservice by rushing through key branding steps. The quality of work we produce simply cannot happen in a few days.

  • Hell yeah! A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot in our calendar. The remaining balance will be split into 1 or 2 additional installments, depending on what branding service you choose. And, if you need a different payment plan, just ask.

  • We’ll never simply “just make a logo.” We rarely work with existing logos and we never recreate “an idea for a logo.” We specialize in brand development, which means designing a brand that is based on your story, values, and goals. A logo simply cannot tell your whole story and give you the best possible results.
