Real estate group, The Success Group, came to us seeking a rebrand that would allow them to stand out among a sea of realtors. Not all real estate brands need to look alike. There’s no rule that says you need to include a house or a key in your logo if you’re a brokerage or realtor. Owned by Sharon (who has iconic red hair) and Stephen (who’s last name is Greenidge), this is the approach we took when developing the brand identity design for this real estate group based out of South Florida and Washington, DC.
